Creative Distinctions, LLC Cancellation Policy

The customer agrees to make full payment for the specified service prior to the date of the event by either cash, check or any major credit card. Cancellations can only be transacted by speaking person to person to a representative of Creative Distinctions, LLC, and can only be cancelled by the customer who placed the order. No cancellation of the specified service by phone message or e-mail will be acknowledged.

In order to receive a full refund, all cancellations of singing telegrams or deliveries must be received within not less than 24 hours of the time and date of the specified service. No refunds will be granted within the 24 hours. Deposits for a décor event are non-refundable, and full payment is required unless Creative Distinctions, LLC receives 48 hours notification for the cancellation.
